Qingdao's Shinan district in Shandong province is home to many hidden streets and lanes, which are more than suitable areas for visitors to stroll around. Listed below are some highly recommended places to venture about.
Longjiang Road accommodates the most famous graffiti walls in Qingdao. With bright colors and familiar cartoon characters painted on the walls, the road serves as a place where the aura of life prevails, as well as a place to learn about bygone eras.

Silver Fish Street is located in a 200-meter-long lane where traditional buildings take up most of the space. The lane was once stuffed with warehouses and inns, and has been transformed into an industry-style trendy block. With pumpkins always being on display, it may feel like Halloween every day in the street.
