According to a working conference held by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resource and Social Security Work on Feb 15, Shinan district will stay committed to develop high-quality human resources in 2022.
Shinan will continue focusing on human resource branding and development, encouraging businesses to participate in various rating activities such as the Qingdao excellent human resource service organization, and playing an active role in major domestic development strategies, such as organizing human resources product exhibitions and implementing professional training programs for key talents.
In addition, Shinan is aiming to establish a market-oriented employment stabilization support system by launching job introduction activities and promoting the employment of unemployed groups is one of the conference's centerpieces.
Another priority is to increase the quantity of high-quality employees. Shinan district wants to introduce more than 3,000 talents this year, thus 30 online and offline career fairs for graduates encompassing 100 prominent universities will be organized in 2022.
Shinan will also implement a number of tailored service models for overseas talents, including exchange activities such as the Japan- South Korea abroad high-level talent project and exchange activities with Belt and Road countries.
