A seminar was held in Shinan district, Qingdao, Shandong province on Nov 18, attended by representatives from government departments and 19 local enterprises.

During the seminar, enterprise representatives discussed the business environment, license processing, supporting facilities, talent, and preferential policies.

Gao Jian, head of Shinan district, said that the district should confidently confront challenges and work together toward annual goals. 

He added that the government will provide comprehensive services and create a better business environment to boost economic development.
