To develop its cultural tourism industry, Shinan district has taken three major measures.

First, preferential policies have been released to support the development of culture and tourism industries and promote innovative and integrative development of the cultural creativity and high-quality tourism industries.

Second, Shinan district has made great efforts to introduce industrial projects in new patterns, such as the Qingdao Bay science and technology cultural tourism project and the Tencent short video innovation base (Qingdao) project.

Third, the district has established four work teams of government officials who have visited more than 20 enterprises engaging in culture and tourism to promote policies and provide qualified services.
