Located at No 116, Hong Kong Middle Road, the mansion was built by Yinhai Group with an investment of 300 million yuan ($44.29 million) and completed in 2017. It is adjacent to a subway station and occupies 4,118 square meters (sq m). With a floor area of 30,400 sq m, the mansion has 28 floors above ground and three floors underground.
