Located at No 80, Hong Kong Middle Road, the center enjoys a favorable location next to a subway station in the primary trading area of Shinan district. It occupies 5,593 square meters (sq m) of land and is 242 meters high. With a floor area of 108,600 sq m, the center has 65 floors above ground and five floors underground. It is expected to be completed in 2019.
