The center is being constructed by Lushang Property Qingdao Co Ltd on 32,000 square meters of land (sq m) with an investment of 3.4 billion yuan ($502 million). With a floor area of 235,900 sq m, it is designed to be a comprehensive group of large buildings of international quality that will include offices for high-end business, a starred hotel, and a leisure street. The project is expected to be a landmark urban complex for Shinan district serving as an area for financial institutions, enterprise headquarters and the high-end service industry. The construction period is from December 2018 to December 2020.
