The center was built by Qingdao Capiland Property Group Co Ltd on 8,542 square meters of land (sq m) with an investment of 1 billion yuan ($147.62 million). With a floor area of more than 100,000 sq m, it is comprised of one 38-story office building and one 50-story apartment block. The first to fifth floors of the annex, totaling 16,800 sq m in floor area, are for commercial use.
