Located at No 61, Hong Kong Middle Road in Shinan district, the plaza is a 5A-class intelligent office building developed by Qingdao Ocean Shipping Co Ltd. The plaza comprises Building A, which is 100 meters high and has 32 floors with a floor area of 62,200 square meters of land (sq m), and Building B, which is 99.7 m high and has 35 floors with a floor area of 80,569 sq m. Building A was put into use in 2007 and Building B in 2013.
