Located at No 26, Hong Kong Middle Road in Shinan district, the project was constructed by Taiwan Farglory Group with an investment of 1.19 billion yuan ($176.14 million). It occupies 13,000 square meters of land (sq m) and has a floor area of 139,000 sq m. It has five floors underground and 42 floors above ground. The main building offers office space and serviced apartments. The annex is for commercial use. The project was put into use in 2012.
