This project was constructed by China Railway Real Estate Group Qingdao Company with an investment of 5 billion yuan ($74 million). Located at No 8, Hong Kong Middle Road in Shinan district, it enjoys a favorable location within the city's core business circle and adjacent to a subway station. The total floor area is 330,000 square meters (sq m), of which 45,000 sq m are for commercial use. It comprises a 5A-class office building, a super five-star hotel, an apartment building with ocean views, a five-floor commercial annex and four-floor underground garage. The project was put into use in 2012.
