Located at No 10, Shandong Road in Qingdao's Shinan district, the project is being developed by China Resources Land Shandong Co with an investment of 12 billion yuan ($1.77 billion). The planned floor area is 740,000 square meters which is equally split for residential and commercial uses. The project is designed to offer four functions: a shopping center, serviced apartments, a 5A-class office building and a super high-rise residential building. The first phase of the center is already in use and the second phase is under construction.
