The plaza occupies 34,933 square meters (sq m) at No 11, Donghai West Road in Shinan district. Total investment of the project was 10.7 billion yuan ($1.58 billion). Comprising three buildings, it has a floor area of 354,000 sq m which is planned to be used for business offices, a hotel, commercial services, serviced apartments and support facilities. One of the buildings is a 74-story high-rise complex that is 327.25 meters tall. Another two buildings are of 42 floors and 48 floors, with a total of 1,600 parking spots. The construction period of the plaza is from October 2012 to December 2020.
