The project, located in the core area of Shinan district, enjoys convenient transport, being next to a subway station. It occupies 44,520 square meters (sq m). With a floor area of 317,315 sq m, it comprises seven high-rise residential buildings, one office building, a commercial on ground level and a kindergarten. The construction period is from September 2017 to December 2019. It was designed to attract headquarters for enterprises offering high-end services, such as finance and trade.
