The base, located at No.65, Hong Kong Middle Road in Shinan district, occupies 13,142 square meters of land (sq m) and has a floor area of 102,291 sq m. It is designed to be a multifunctional mansion involved in screen culture, international conferences, business and news releases, professional services in film and television production, financing, marketing and exhibition. It aims to be the first experiential film and television art complex in China. The project is expected to be completed in 2022.
