The center, a major project in Shandong province, is located at No.52, Hong Kong West Road in the coastal core area of Qingdao downtown area. It occupies 9,400 square meters of land (sq m) and has a floor area of 113,000 sq m, of which 100,000 sq m is for office use and 13,000 sq m for commercial use.
