The project is planned to occupy 34,000 square meters (sq m) with a floor area of 177,000 sq m. As much as 10 billion yuan ($1.48 billion) will be invested in the construction of the plaza into a venue for the regional headquarters of many multinational corporations. The project will make good use of the coastal resources to create an enjoyable office environment.
