Wenshang county's innovative strategies boost college graduate employment
Wenshang county in Jining has been vigorously promoting the employment of college graduates through a combination of measures in recent years, including strengthening policy publicity, expanding employment channels, and optimizing the employment and entrepreneurship environment.
"Online plus offline" channels are boosting talent recruitment and intelligence introduction. Focusing on the distribution of key enterprises in the county, such as fine chemicals and high-end equipment, a comprehensive survey of talent shortages in key enterprises throughout the county has been carried out, leading to the compilation of a catalog of talent demands in key enterprises countywide.
Since the beginning of this year, Wenshang county has organized and participated in 15 campus recruitment events, with over 200 high-quality enterprises participating, offering more than 5,000 jobs. Over 1,100 individuals have expressed an intent to take jobs.
Furthermore, to promote cooperation in talent, science, and technology between universities and the local area, and to facilitate the introduction of young talent, the county has held talent and technology cooperation activities with Xi'an Jiaotong University and Chang'an University.
