The South China Business & Law Forum (hereinafter referred to as "the Forum") was established by the SCIA in 2011 with the support of the PRC Supreme People's Court, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Commerce, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR, Secretariat for Administration and Justice of the Macao SAR. It is a communication and exchange platform for senior counsels of key enterprises to discuss legal issues, share opinions on corporate compliance and dispute resolution. The Forum is governed by a Committee, including Co-Chairs and members, composed of legal counsels from well-known domestic and foreign enterprises. The Forum is organized in the form of a series of activities, including Committee meetings and professional seminars, focusing on cutting-edge legal issues. It is aimed to enhance corporate compliance and risk prevention capabilities through exchange and cooperation.
