Constitution of South and Southeast Asian University Network

The relevant universities in the China-South and Southeast Asian region have unanimously approved the initiative of Yunnan University and agreed to establish the "South and Southeast Asian University Network", and the Constitution of the Network are hereby formulated.

We are willing to form a non-profit, unincorporated, non-governmental regional international network of universities with aspiring universities in China, South Asia and Southeast Asian countries following the principles of equality, voluntariness, cooperation and development.
