Composition of Members of the Network

Members of the Network refer to universities joining the Network, which are divided into two categories: founding members of the Network and non-founding members of the Network. Founding members of the Network automatically become members of the Network with the right of priority.

Participation of Non-founding Members

Any university that recognizes the Constitution of the Network and is willing to assume the members' obligations may voluntarily apply to join the Network.

Universities that voluntarily join the Network shall submit a written application to the Secretariat of the Network, which will make recommendations to the Network Council after reviewing the Constitution of the Network. The applicants may become new members of the Network with the approval of more than two thirds of members of the Network Council.

Rights of members of the Network

(I) The right to participate in various activities of the Network;

(II) The right to put forward proposals on the construction and development of the Network;

(III) The right to propose amendments to the Articles of the Network;

(IV) The right to receive grants provided by the Network for various exchange and cooperation programs;

(V) The right to inquire about internal documents and information regarding the Network;

(VI) The right to supervise the work of the Network;

(VII) The right to withdraw from the Network;

(VIII) Other rights stipulated in the Constitution of the Network.

Obligations of the members of the Network

(I) The obligation to adhere to the Constitution of the Network;

(II) The obligation to safeguard the rights and interests of the Network;

(III) The obligation to implement resolutions of the Council of the Network;

(IV) The obligation to participate in the activities of the Network;

(V) Other obligations stipulated in the Constitution of the Network.

Membership Dues of the Network

The Network does not collect membership dues from its members.
