The court has promoted trial investigation and research, deepened judicial reform, vigorously strengthened information construction, and used virtual reality technology, reality enhancement technology, and remote zoom video technology to solve problems such as exhibit display and remote inspection of large-scale exhibits. It has also established electronic submission of litigation materials and electronic delivery of judgment documents and carried out part of the litigation process online, all intended to create a smart court.
The participants at the conference spoke highly of the work of the court.
They believed that the court, in response to the innovation-driven development strategy, strictly protected intellectual property rights in accordance with the law, thus playing an important role in strengthening incentives and protecting innovation.
In addition, they shared their opinions and made suggestions to strengthen punishment for infringement of intellectual property rights, optimize the efficiency of litigation, promote the guidance of trials and typical cases, improve the level of informatization, increase international exchanges, and enhance the public awareness of law.
"The court will continue to promote the formation of a good atmosphere that encourages innovation where all people can participate in it and respect, protect and share it," the court official said.
The court official added that the court will adhere to unified, timely and strict protection of innovative achievements, protect them equally according to law whether they are the property of Chinese or foreign parties, improve the predictability of intellectual property protection and promote justice. It will ensure that innovative achievements receive comprehensive and adequate relief according to law.
