Notice of hearing for IPR Publicity Week

The Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court will have its first open trial of the IPR Publicity Week on the morning of April 23, 2019.
The case is a dispute over a patent right invalidation application between appellants Baidu and Sogou, and respondent the Patent Reexamination Board of CNIPA.
