Rules for participating in the “Win a Free Trip to See Jiangsu’ Changes in 40 Years” activity

1. The activity is hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Information Office and chinadaily.com.cn.

2. Participants can submit as many entries as they like, but can only submit only one photo per entry. The photo should be related to Jiangsu and the theme of the activity. Each submitted photo should include the photographer's name as well as a short story to describe the photo.

3. Should a participant have more than one entry get through to the final round, the participant will only be able to win a single prize.

4. Participants must guarantee that all their photos and stories are 100% original. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.

5. After photos are submitted, chinadaily.com.cn reserves the right to decide whether the submissions are suitable to appear on the voting page, the province's official Facebook and Twitter accounts, and the chinadaily.com.cn website.

6. To stand a chance at winning the grand prize, participants should follow our Facebook @Jiangsu or Twitter @loveJiangsu accounts and share the activity's post - make sure the setting of the shared post is on public!

7. There will be 15 winners in all. 1 person for the Grand Prize, 3 people for the 1st prize, 5 people for the 2nd prize and 6 people for the 3rd prize. 40 photos will be selected to enter the final, among which 20 will come from those with the most number of likes on the voting page, while the other 20 will be selected by the Jiangsu Provincial Information Office and chinadaily.com.cn. The final prize winners will be selected by a panel of judges.

8. The winners will be announced on Facebook @Jiangsu or Twitter @loveJiangsu in February 2019. Winners will also receive a notification letter via e-mail.

9. The deadline for photo submissions is December 20, 2018.

10. The Jiangsu Provincial Information Office and chinadaily.com.cn reserve the right to publish any photos and stories collected during the activity.
