Sixteenth donation of medical equipment completed by the ninth Chinese medical team to Papua New Guinea
On July 30 (local time), the ceremony for China's sixteenth donation of medical equipment (the second set of minimum invasive surgery equipment) to Papua New Guinea (PNG) was held at the Port Moresby General Hospital. Valued at over RMB 1.2 million yuan, the donation was delivered by Economic and Business Counselor Liu Linlin at the Chinese Embassy to PNG on behalf of the Chinese Government.
The ceremony was attended by the embassy's business department secretary Chu Yumeng, CEO of Port Moresby General Hospital Mr. Umesh Gupta, President of the Medical Society of PNG Mr. Osborne Liko, and all members of the ninth Chinese medical team to PNG.
