Anlong county in Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture is preparing for the upcoming tourism conference to be held on Dec 18-20.

The county has invested some 10 billion yuan ($ 1.51 billion) in renovating the existing scenic areas and improving the infrastructure of local attractions. All the improvement projects are scheduled to be completed before Dec 15.

In its third year, the tourism conference aims to promote local tourism resources and attract more tourists to boost economic growth. This year's event will recommend a tourism route for tourists to enjoy the best of Anlong's beautiful scenery.
