A delegation from Los Angeles, the US, arrived in Xingyi, Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture, on Nov 2, with the aim of inspecting the city and seeking cooperation opportunities in education, tourism and commerce. 

Xu Fenglun, an official of Qianxinan government, briefed on Xingyi city and outlined the achievements the city has made over the past few years at the welcome meeting held for the American delegation. 

Rusty Baily, mayor of Riverside city of Los Angeles, appraised the beautiful scenery and development of Xingyi and expressed his wishes to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between the two cities in the future.
