Qinglong county in Guizhou's Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture, held an automobile and motorcycle rally, bringing some 50 global automobile and motorcycle racers to compete, according to a report released on August 16. 

The event combined local tourism, sports and ethnic minority culture to provide new development opportunities for Qianxinan.

Nearly ten thousand people from all walks of life attended the event, looking on in excitement as the racers sped through the county's famous "24 Turns" scenic highway.

The prize-awarding ceremony was hosted in Qinglong Ancient City Square after the rally final on August 17.
