The Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture held a trade fair in Guiyang, Guizhou province, on June 12 to display, sell and promote its featured food and agricultural products. 

Some 51 companies from Qianxinan brought more than 300 varieties of food to the fair to promote and boost its local catering industry.                                       

The China Hotels Association, host of the event, also held a press conference on June 12 to announce that Qianxinan will hold its first International Mountain Food Festival from June 28-29.
