Qianxinan has launched a special fund of 10 million yuan ($1.46 million) to award its branded enterprises, according to the quality supervision bureau of Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture.

Some 47 Guizhou based enterprises which have been listed on the China Famous Trademarks and Guizhou Famous Brands lists were awarded.

According to an official from Qianxinan’s quality supervision bureau, awarding Guizhou’s branded enterprises is expected to encourage local enterprises to build brand awareness and lay a good foundation for Guizhou’s economic transformation.
