Xingren Industrral Park

The park covers an area of 39 square kilometers. It consists of Baling and Luguan areas. Baling covers an area of 27 square kilometers and focuses on efficient and clean coal power, coal-electricity-aluminum integration, coal-electricity-steel integration, equipment manufacturing and new building materials. It plans to become an important deep-processing energy facility in South China, and output value is expected to reach 100 billion yuan. Luguan has a planned area of 12 square kilometers and features 1.2-million-cubic-meter plant facilities and a special farm produce processing zone. It focuses on apparel, shoes, toys, pharmaceuticals, precision machinery, and packaging products. Luguan aims to transform itself into an important base for Yunnan, Guizhou, and Guangxi, with more than 20 billion yuan in output value.
At the moment, Baling has acquired 86.7 hectares of land and projects have taken up an area of 20 hectares. Luguan’s 200,000-square-meter plant facilities have been put into operation, and 400,000-square-meter plant facilities are under construction. Some of the 2,100 government-funded housing projects have been finished. A total of 16 enterprises have moved in and they mainly engage in industries like apparel, electronics, building materials, traditional Chinese medicine, and logistics. Infrastructure has basically been put in place at the special farm produce processing zone, where eight enterprises have moved in. They are mainly involved in myotonin, grain and oil, animal feed, and Moslem food processing.
In 2012, Xingren park saw 1.66 billion yuan in investment. A total of 2 million garments were processed and 100,000 tons of myotonin was processed. Total industry output value reached 593 million yuan, with 480 million yuan in industrial added value.
