The park has an area of 40 square kilometers with different industrial clusters. Qingshan industrial cluster which lies in the southern portion of the industrial park covers an area of 30 square kilometers, focusing on the coal processing industry, and the coal and electricity-based circular economy industry. Jiangxipo light industrial cluster in the east covers an area of five square kilometers and is the major business venture base for small and medium-sized companies. The cluster mainly develops logistics, characteristic food (tourist commodities) processing, biotechnology, clothes, suitcases, high-tech products, agricultural and handmade artifacts. The Guanziyao industrial cluster in the north has a planned area of five square kilometers and focuses on metallurgy, building materials processing, and new chemicals. 

As for infrastructure, Qingshan cluster has built 5.1-kilometer-long and 40-meter-wide roads. Relevant infrastructure investment reached 190 million yuan. Jiangxipo cluster paved 3.73-kilometer-long and 30-meter-wide roads, and built 20,500-square-meter plant facilities, with an investment of 95 million yuan. A total of 14 projects moved into the two industrial clusters. 

The park mainly develops projects to process the coal chemical ethanediol, CTC shredded black tea, machinery manufacturing, and stone machining.
