Mountain tourism conference to be held in late Sept

Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture in Guizhou province will play host to an International Conference on Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports from Sept 22 to 23.

With the theme of "Explore the Beautiful Landscape of Guizhou and Enjoy Harmony between Man and Nature", the conference will put on 69 outdoor sports events, themed forums and tourism experience activities. It aims at setting up an exchange platform to drive the development of mountain tourism and outdoor sports.

More than 1,000 government officials, experts and journalist from different countries are expected at the conference.
