24 Turnings is located one kilometer to the southwest of Qinglong county, Qianxinan, Guizhou province. As there are 24 "S" shapes in the road, it is called 24 turnings. Built in 1936, it became an important connection between Yunnan and southwest Guizhou.

It was pinpointed as a national-level key cultural relics area in May, 2006.
