To develop a highly efficient modern mountainous agriculture with organic standards, the prefecture needs to take full advantage of its unique advantages in water, mountain and air quality. The prefecture should also underline the agriculture industry by planting myotonin, vegetables, tea, fruits, nursery stock, camellia oleifera and traditional Chinese medicines. Besides, the prefecture is also determined to evolve as a western China grassland and to be a base for cattle, goats and rabbits, which would be cultivated for their fur.
