The Ordos Comprehensive Bonded Zone recently celebrated a significant milestone with the successful shipment of 208 metric tons of PVC resin powder via Tianjin Port, destined for Bangladesh by sea.
This achievement marks another solid step forward in the development of the zone's export business.
The shipment, valued at 1.08 million yuan ($148,662.04), not only showcases Ordos' robust export capacity for bulk commodities but also underscores the convenience offered by the "zone-port linkage" land-sea new channel for enterprises.
Exporting companies can now transport goods to the Ordos Comprehensive Bonded Zone, where they can complete containerization and pre-declare for export tax refunds.
The "one-time declaration, one-time inspection and one-time release" intermodal transport model streamlines the export process. Additionally, companies can utilize bonded warehousing within the zone.
This model provides businesses with more convenient and efficient logistics services, significantly optimizing the entire process from containerization to successful shipment, reducing customs clearance time and lowering operational costs for enterprises.
