The 2023 Top 500 Private Enterprises in China list was released by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce on Sept 12.

A total of five private enterprises from North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region made the list, four of which are from the region's Ordos city.

The listed Ordos enterprises are Erdos Group, ranking 144th nationwide; Inner Mongolia Yitai Group, ranking 174th; Huineng Coal Electricity Group, ranking 240th; and Mengtai Group, ranking 294th.
