Ordos cashmere, wool exhibition showcases industry development

The 6th China (Ordos) International Cashmere and Wool Exhibition was officially successfully held in the Dongsheng district of Ordos on July 21-23.
Themed "Warm City Invitation, Cashmere Shines the World," the exhibition aimed to drive industry growth, cultivate the forefront of market fashion, and attract investment by showcasing the entire industrial chain of the city's cashmere industry.
The exhibition covered an area of 20,000 square meters, divided into ten areas with 184 booths and 167 exhibitors.
A total of 44 specially designed booths attracted well-known domestic and international cashmere and wool enterprises and buyers. The international exhibition area invited several international groups from Nepal, Peru, Australia, Uruguay, Italy, Pakistan, and Mongolia. The exhibitors presented a variety of forms, including booth roadshows and live online broadcasts.

Well-known domestic and international academicians, experts, and scholars, as well as representatives of embassies in China, trade promotion associations, and industry association leaders, were invited to attend.
Since Ordos was awarded the honorary title of "China's Cashmere Capital" in 2022, it has set the goal of "building a world-class cashmere industry."
It has leveraged the advantages of the cashmere industry to accelerate the enhancement of R&D innovation capabilities, improve industrial infrastructure, optimize the business environment in all aspects, implement investment promotion, and strive to expand and strengthen the main chain of the cashmere spinning industry.
