Ordos' first State-owned enterprise listed on market

Ordos Kangyuan Water Affairs Holding Group, a subsidiary of the Ordos Water Investment Group, held its listing ceremony on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations on April 20.
It became the first listed State-owned company in Ordos city in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
The enterprise's stock code is 873734, and has a registered capital of 538 million yuan ($77.41 million).
Ordos Kangyuan Water Affairs Holding Group now has four holding subsidiaries and one shareholding subsidiary. It mainly invests in water resources, water supply, sewage discharge, sewage treatment, and water conservancy projects.
Yu Yongzhuang, chairman of Ordos Kangyuan Water Affairs Holding Group, said that the group will take this listing as an opportunity to continuously improve its business layout, strengthen its capital operation capabilities, serve the real economy through capital, promote transformation and upgrading, and ensure the improvement of people's livelihood.
It strives to build a modern State-owned enterprise that meets the requirements of Chinese-style modernization.
