What you need to know about China-Mongolia Expo

The first China-Mongolia Expo, co-hosted by China and Mongolia, was held in Hohhot from Oct 23 to 27, 2015 to support cooperation between the two countries in politics, economics, trade, education, health, culture, and humanities.
Thirty-two events were held during the first expo, attracting more than 8,000 guests from China and abroad.
Twenty-three activities were held during the second expo, attracting over 1,500 enterprises from more than 40 countries, and more than 2,500 officials, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and representatives of chambers of commerce. The exhibitions attracted 700,000 domestic and foreign guests.
According to local media reports, nearly 4,000 Chinese and foreign enterprises participated in the two previous expositions. A total of 276 cooperation agreements, memorandums, intentions, and initiatives involving 228.1 billion yuan ($31.78 billion) were signed. The total value of on-site transactions and intention agreements was 1.13 billion yuan.
