Stunning fireworks exploded into the sky above Ordos in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, as part of an event in the city to mark Lantern Festival, as the clock stroke 8 pm, on Feb 19.

The breathtaking firework show was designed by the team responsible for the display which took place at the China Central Television Mid-Autumn Festival gala, which was similarly well received.
