As part of the regional skilled workers campaign, four workers in the city of Ordos in Inner Mongolia autonomous region were placed on a list recently released recognizing their outstanding proficiency in their job skills.

The four skilled workers were Lu Hu, a technician working at the Ordos highway administration bureau; Liang Dongming, a senior engineer working at the Ordos food testing center; Zhou Yanjun, a maintenance electrician working at Inner Mongolia Hengkun Chemical Engineering Co, and Wei Haidong, a maintenance electrician working at Shenhua Hanggin Energy Co. 

All recipients of the honor will receive a cash award of 3,000 yuan ($444.46). 

The list included a total of 50 people in Inner Mongolia. 

The skilled workers campaign is a regular activity organized by the Inner Mongolia Human Resources Department with the aim of awarding skilled workers for their dedication to improving their skills, and thus promoting the value of craftsmanship in the region.
