A project worth 810 million yuan ($127 million) was signed between the government of Dongsheng district in Ordos and Jinggong Holding Group, on May 16.

The project, to start in September, is a high-tech program involving photovoltaic application. It features clean energy and has a high added value.

It is estimated that the project will generate an output of 16.5 billion yuan and tax revenues of 80 million yuan per year once it starts operations.
