The health and family planning bureau of Juungar Banner offered subsidies to help poor local girls and college students at a ceremony held in Juungar Banner, Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Oct 24.

The funds are designed to provide assistance for girls and college students from poorer families. A total of 20 girls and 20 college students benefited from the activity.
