Representatives at an experience sharing session during the UNCCD COP13

The parties reached consensus that no country is immune to the threats of desertification and all the parties should share information and exploit complementary advantages in combating soil loss.

A total of 112 countries pledged to set voluntary targets to achieve "Land Degradation Neutrality" by 2030.

The Land Degradation Neutrality Fund was launched to assist countries in meeting their targets.
