Marissa from Croatia gave a thumbs up to the tremendous efforts the Chinese have devoted to desertification control. Croatia is faced with land degradation and drought and she expects to learn from the Chinese experience and hopes for further cooperation in these areas.

Tanzanian delegate Cole said, “I’m deeply impressed by the achievements of desertification control in Inner Mongolia. The local government has completed substantial groundwork for combating desertification, such as increasing investment and guiding cooperation between enterprises and farmers and herdsmen. It’s great!”
