Senior Chinese legislator meets with delegation of Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity
On Oct 19, Tie Ning, vice-chairperson of China’s National People’s congress Standing Committee and vice-president of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament, met with a delegation led by Sommad Pholsena, vice-president of the National Assembly of Laos and president of Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity, in Beijing.
The two sides exchanged views on deepening China-Laos relations and enhancing exchanges between the legislative bodies of the two countries.
