Ma Xiaoping is the secretary of the Yinchuan city committee of the Communist Youth League. He believes the CYLC should form close ties with the youth and guide them. With the help from various youth groups and communication platforms such as letters, we should carry out regular research and visits and learn about what they are thinking.

Besides, we should focus on the most important and urgent issues of the youth and provide better services for China's Generation Z. 

As a delegate of the 13th Party congress in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region, he hopes that Ningxia will be a more promising and fertile land for young people to demonstrate their abilities and realize dreams.
