The renovation of old communities is directly related to residents' quality of life and the building of a beautiful city. Zhao Naixiang is the Party secretary of the Great Wall Garden community in Jinfeng district, Yinchuan city, the capital of the Ningxia Hui autonomous region. She has her personal experiences of the changes in quality of life before and after the community renovation. 

As a delegate of the 13th Party congress in Ningxia, she hopes that ordinary people can enjoy better community services. Exploring practical measures to help working families relieve the burdens of raising children -- such as trying to set up nursery institutions in communities -- can bring a sweeter life to every household in Ningxia.
