My name is Wang Qiong, I'm a teacher in the Party School of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee.
Sixteen years ago, I became a young teacher of the Party School. While I was respected by others, I was also aware of the particularity and pressure of this job.
When I was in my 20s, the students I taught were leaders with rich working experience. I studied hard, researched theories and practices, and constantly improved myself, so that the students could understand better.
Now I am in my 40s, and most of the students I'm teaching are young leaders who were born in 1980s and 1990s. They are active and well-informed, so keeping up with the times is another challenge for me.

In the face of the new challenge, I still choose to devote myself to studying and improving myself.
I think my research is a pursuit of responsibility and spirit. As a teacher, only by keeping learning can I become a good example for students, which is an inspiration for me to keep moving forward.
